Step By Step:

1. Paint the arms, head, legs and tail green (Minitaire, Fresh Grass)
2. Paint the Chest Tan (Reaper, Desert Tan)
3. Mask off the front of the model including arms legs head and tail.
4. Paint the shells
1. Red (Minitaire, Angelic Blood), Purple (Minitaire, Ecchymose)
2. Green (Reaper, Mossy Green), Turquoise (Reaper, Bright Turquoise)
5. Paint the base black
6. Paint the toes, eyes and teeth, white (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
7. Dry brush the base white (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
8. Ink the model in the cracks, with brown (Army Painter, Strong tone).

Conclusion

I really liked the red, it made it really stand out. Think the crusher model will end up with the red scheme with orange highlights.
