Step By Step:

1. Start by painting the bottom of the model black (Minitaire, Raven Black)
2. Paint the upper part of the model with brown (Minitaire, Bark)
3. Paint the Rune with green (Minitaire, Fresh Grass)
4. Dry Brush the base with white (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
5. [Would skip this step] Add glow to the rune with turquoise (Reaper, Bright Turquoise).
6. Ink the rune green (Army Painter Ink, Green)

Conclusion

I dont mind the result of the base but the rune glow was very disapointing.

I would seriously think about trying a different method for adding the glow.
