Super Dungeon Explore, Kobolds, Knucklehead

Introduction

Next on my Kobolds list was the Knuckleheads, they looked alright to paint but ended up with some really tight sections which I would have preferred to paint not assembled.

Painting

 

Step By Step

1. Paint the Skin: blue (Minitaire, Blue Lagoon)
2. Paint the Cloth: red (Reaper, Brilliant Red)
3. Paint the Metal: silver (Army Painter, Gun metal)
4. Paint the Leather belt and pouch (Reaper, Ashen Brown)
5. Paint Highlights on the metal: gold (Amy Painter, Greedy Gold)
6. Paint the teeth and nails: white (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
7. Ink the Model: Light Brown (Army Painter Ink, Soft Tone)
8. Paint the base: Black (Army Painter, Matt Black)
9. Dry Brush the base: white (P3, Menoth White Highlight)

 

Conclusion

I wasnt really on top of the painting process, I was trying some new brushes and I dont think they worked as well as I need. I wont put all the blame on brushes I was finding the model a little small and the details were harder to make out.

I'm OK with the results just not super pleased.
