Super Dungeon Explore, Dragons, Starfire

Introduction

So here it is a dragon an actual dragon, in my head all dragons are red so yep a red dragon (You can thank baldur's gate and quest for glory for that). Anyway I went with a simplistic paint job to try and make it a uniform look with the other models in the dragon range.

Painting

Step By Step

1. Paint the body: red (Minitaire, Angelic Blood)
2. Paint the head: purple (Minitaire, Ecchymose)
3. Paint the eyes: green (Minitaire, Fresh Grass)
4. Paint the nails, teeth and spines: white (P3, Menoth white highlight)
5. Paint the base: black (Army Painter, Matt Black)
6. Dry brush base: white (P3, Menoth white highlight)
7. Ink model: black (Army Painter Ink, Dark Tone)

Conclusion

While the paint job is simplistic it seems like a really good fit for the dragons and I figure if I play around with it any more I can only make it worse.
