Introduction

The next model in the kobold list, they needed to look special and different to the other models and I think I succeeded.

Painting

Step By Step

1. Paint the skin: Blue (Minitaire, Blue Lagoon)
2. Paint the top of the cloak and chest with (Minitaire, Angelic Blood)
3. Paint the bottom of the cloak: purple (Minitaire, Ecchymose)
4. Paint the staff pole: Brown (Reaper, Woodland brown)
5. Paint the staff top: Cream (P3, Menoth White Base)
6. Paint the staff gem: Green (Minitaire, Fresh Grass)
7. Paint the belt: Silver (Army Painter, Gun metal)
8. Paint the belt highlights: Gold (Army Painter, Greedy Gold)
9. Paint the teeth and nails: White (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
10. Paint the base: Black (Army Painter, Matt Black)
11. Dry Brush the base: White (P3, Menoth White Highlight)
12. Ink the model: (Army Painter Ink, Soft Tone)

Conclusion

I think these guys turned out really well I definitely had more fun painting them than some of the previous kobold models, I think sometimes its worth it to just bash along without complete regard to the overall process.
