Super Dungeon Explore, Kobolds

Introduction

Part 3 of my quest to paint the Super Dungeon Explore box. Kobolds are numerous rat like things, which fill the horde component of the box.

They have two big models and I cant wait to give them a bash.

The Models

Kucklehead

Ironscale

Flinger

Gouger

Dragon Priest

Kobold Warrens

Rex

 

Painting

Looking at the models and their cards, I am thinking

• brown
• purple
• red
• lots of metal
• brown inks
• some contrasting colours for highlights

 I think I will also try and add a glow effect to the Dragon Priests, and perhaps a similar rune effect to the bases of the Kobold Warrens.

Conclusion

These look like a horde of little guys Im not over the moon at painting a horde but themes the breaks when your motto is "Keep Painting Those Miniatures".
